Payment:All payments are only accepted through Paypal and Interac E-transfer (for Canadians).
A 30% non refundable down payment is required of your completed quote price. Work will not start until that 30% is paid and materials have been bought. The rest is to be paid off within four (4) monthly installments for heads and partials, to six (6) months for full fursuits.All payment is in $CADShipping:Shipping is NOT included in the price for any project. This includes parts large or small and repairs.
Shipping usually costs around $20-$200+ to the United States.
Insurance is not included, but can be added at the commissioner's expense if he/she/they so choose.
Lucifur Creations is not responsible for any tariffs that may incur on the commission being shipped out of the country. The tariff price must be paid along with the shipping price in advance to the commission being shipped out.As things are currently between Canada and the USA, tariff prices are 35% of the commission price. Convention dropoff (Furnal Equinox) can be a possibility, but must be discussed before the commission is paid.International Fees:Most international orders will incur CUSTOMS fees. Lucifur Creations cannot be held responsible for these fees and are not able to determine what they will be, as they will depend on your country’s customs office. The customs fees must be paid by you upon entry of the package into your country. If you have questions about customs, please contact your local customs office.Age:All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments.
Lucifur Creations reserves the right to decline commissioners who are under 18 years old.Warranty and Repairs:If the item has become damaged or ripped it will be covered within the first 60 days to be repaired free of charge. If the item appears to have been abused by the customer mishandling their suit and causing deliberate damage, Lucifur Creations has the right to deny repair work and the suit will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Customers pay shipping both ways to return and receive their suit for repairs. After 60 days, repairs can be fixed for a fee, but Lucifur Creations holds the right to decline repairs depending on scheduling times and the condition of the item.
All suits/items MUST be thoroughly washed and dried before sending them in for repairs. If Lucifur Creations receives a dirty/soiled suit, it will be sent back at the expense of the customer without any repairs.Refurbishments:Lucifur Creations is offering refurbishments for own previously made/older suits, but not for suits made by other makers at this time.Dropped projects and refunds:If your project is dropped due to contact loss (not responding to emails or messages via preferred contact choice) your project will be forfeit, altered and sold without a refund. You will be blacklisted from future projects.If your project is dropped due to missed payments, your project will also be subject to forfeit and be altered and sold without a refund. You will be blacklisted from future projects.If you decide to drop your own project, your project will be altered and sold and subject to a partial refund based on how much progress has been made. I reserve the right to blacklist you from future projects.The initial 30% down payment is nonrefundable.

100% complete - no refundIf Lucifur Creations decides to drop your project, you will be issued a full refund. Your project will be altered and sold and Lucifur Creations reserves the right to blacklist you from future projects.Deadline Policies:Lucifur Creations tries to avoid hard deadlines on costume projects, but is willing to accept them as long as they are more than six(6) months away for full suits.
Please try to set deadlines AT LEAST two months BEFORE a convention or event, in case the suit needs to be sent back for adjustments to give time for fixes and shipping. Deadline fees may apply.Design Changes:Design changes cannot be made once payment has been received and materials have been ordered. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your design before commissioning Lucifur Creations.*** Allergy Warning ***Lucifur Creations does have both dogs and cats. They do not come into contact with the materials, but fur/dander does transfer off of clothing. Please keep this in mind if you are highly allergic to animals.
